As an IT Helpdesk Employee, you'll report to the IT Service Desk Manager and provide technical support to the warehouse team in Bergen op Zoom and remotely to colleagues throughout Europe. This role demands excellent problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and the ability to deliver high-quality support to colleagues.
Your tasks and responsibilities include:
- Being the first one to contact for IT-related issues;
- Managing and resolving IT tickets via the Jira ticketing system;
- Providing on-site IT support for the warehouse and remotely for European colleagues;
- Solving technical problems with hardware, software and networks;
- Installation, maintenance and configuration of PCs, laptops, mobile devices, printers and handheld scanners;
- Perform software installations and updates;
- Troubleshoot problems with hardware, software and networks (including cable management).
- User account management, including creation, updating and rights management.
