As a Customer Service Agent, you are the first point of contact for our primarily English-speaking customers. You quickly address customer inquiries and logistical issues, coordinating daily with internal teams, the warehouse, carriers, and the customer.
What will you do?
- Maintain and strengthen relationships through daily contact with customers via phone, email, and online meetings.
- Identify and resolve questions, complaints, or escalations in consultation with involved parties.
- Ensure correct and timely administration, including the preparation of reports.
- Analyze bottlenecks in processes and propose suitable solutions.
- Monitor KPIs and actively contribute ideas for process improvements.
